As Founder of Karmuka, Mr. Shankar focuses on four pillars — innovation, research, strategy, and growth — to devise effective strategies for start-ups and trade organisations. He brings over 30 years of experience in management, strategy, business development, and human resources with extensive international exposure. He has deep knowledge of consumer behaviour, market regultion, and compliance in the Indian business landscape and global markets. Mr. Shankar has served in senior management roles at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 20 years across regional offices and CII Headquarters.
